Materials:
1 box of cake mix
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 large eggs
1/3 cup of canola oil
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of sprinkles
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a large baking sheet with with parchment paper.
- Mix cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, and vanilla by hand until well combined.
- Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir until there are no more bits of dry cake mix.
- Fold the sprinkles in gently.
- Roll one-inch balls of dough by hand, making them taller than they are wide, then arrange them on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 9 minutes, making sure that the cookies don't get brown.
- Once they're out of the oven, let the cookies cool for 3 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Eat the delicious cookies!
