Cake Batter Cookies

Materials:
1 box of cake mix
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 large eggs
1/3 cup of canola oil
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of sprinkles

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with with parchment paper.
  3. Mix cake mix and baking powder in a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, and vanilla by hand until well combined.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir until there are no more bits of dry cake mix.
  6. Fold the sprinkles in gently.
  7. Roll one-inch balls of dough by hand, making them taller than they are wide, then arrange them on the cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 9 minutes, making sure that the cookies don't get brown.
  9. Once they're out of the oven, let the cookies cool for 3 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Eat the delicious cookies!
